All skill levels are welcome.
We will start by discussing meditation and what we find we gain, or hope to gain from practicing this beautiful art. Guidance, tips, and help will be offered for beginners. Session may last up to 1 hour, but may be shorter.
Bring anything you prefer to meditate with (crystals, a certain mat or pillow, etc). Though we will have pillows for you to use. I will also have sage.
RSVP: We can only accommodate a circle of up to 10 people, so let me know if you’re for sure coming by emailing, calling, or texting! You will be asked to sign model release if I take any photos. Head to our Facebook Page and check out the EVENTS tab to make RSVP'ing simple!

Following every meditation circle, I hold a safe space to come chat about sensitive abilites. Whether you just think you have some kind of psychic, medium, intuitive or other ability, or you're a seasoned pro at what you do- you're welcome in this space to chat about your experiences, ask questions, and grow your spirituality. Feel free to come to one or both of these events (please, do not feel obligated to attend both). Please RSVP for the meeting as well, space is limited.
I also Admin a private Facebook Group for fellow sensitives, where you will find support. It is a place where everyone is part of a spiritual family. You can ask questions, share fears, obsticles, concerns, and awesome experiences! If you are in need of a group like this- please request to join!

Come join me for an interactive class! Here you will learn about healing crystals, the chakras and how they can aid in your well-being, grounding, and spiritual awareness and connection. Bring your enthusiasm and questions!
You don't currently need to have crystals to attend (I will send you with plenty of information on where to find them), But if you have them, bring them! We will take time to help you identigy your "unknown" crystals and chat about what they do!
You will get to choose 1 free crystal (Red Jasper) to start you off! I will also have Rose Quartz and Clear Quarts available for purchace ($2-10/size).
