A mother blessing is based in the rite of passage ceremony inspired by Native American traditions. I was raised with these traditions as my grandmother was Tamsah, of the Shawnee Nation.
My own personal experiences have led me to have a special place in my heart for this spiritual transition and I would be honored to walk beside you during this ceremony. Whether you’re planning a natural birth at home or in the hospital, or a scheduled c section, you are still transitioning into a new part of your soul you have not yet been (yes- even if this is your 2nd, 3rd, 4th 5th kid or more). Allow me to plan and lead your mother blessing! All you need to do is sit back, feel those kicks, and enjoy the energy flow and exchange with you and the baby during this sacred celebration. The best part is this is shared with your closest friends and family/ the ones you allow into your inner most sacred energy circle. Mother Blessings can also be a beautiful ceremony for surrogates and those who have an adoption planned (even more beautiful if the biological or adopting parents can take part!) There are several special ceremonies we can incorporate for these very beautiful transitions. For all involved are on this sacred journey together. Starting at $300 (May vary with preferences) -I will handle getting all the supplies you would need for the rituals you pick! I recommend 3-5 rituals: 1.Energy bonded intention bracelets 2. Intention candle 3. Henna belly art 4. Making affirmations for your birthing space 5. Postpartum Notes (for later use) 6. Energy Necklace (to be worn during labor) -I will work with you to coordinate exactly what you want your day to be! -I will handle invitations & planing! -I will attend and run your event which may last up to 4 hours. If snacks are desired, food costs are not included- but I’d be thrilled to help you plan this. you will also be responsible for finding a space to hold your event. Whether it’s your home or a rented space you love or one from a list of spaces I recommend, the cost of renting a space is not included in my rate. |
